The office staff were dealing with an extremely difficult customer. They handed it with courtesy and professionalism. This was a visit to establish care. I have been seeking a PCP for quite some time. The doctor was very informative, helpful, and understanding. She made sure to discuss all of my medical conditions and determine a game plan. She is by far the best PCP I've had encountered for over 10 years.

Dr. Cornwell is the best provider I have had in Washington State. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable, follows up to confirm that the ophthalmologist has conducted the required eye tests and requests the results if they have not been provided.

I wanted to change my Dr to a female. I had to take the first available time which was 4 months (approx) out. I was very happy with the new provider and will continue to see her. It is also much closer to my home which is an added plus!

Dr. Cornwell-Eschete is the most empathic doctor I have ever had, she really takes the time to listen to her patients !
