Dr Ing listened and explained things well. He was very nice and I felt heard.

Dr. Ing listened exceptionally well and sincerely tried to understand and evaluate my condition. He wasn't sure of the answer so her referred me to a specialist.

This clinic and the providers there are very helpful and normally get back to any question I have in a timely manner.

Dr. Ing is the best. He listened well, explained well, he remembered elements of a conversation I had with him at a previous appointment and asked if something from that visit might be helpful and useful now. The treatment he gave me is helping me feel better from my sickness. Two thumbs up.

I am extremely happy with this doctor. He is patient takes plenty of time to listen to me and to make sure that I understand his responses to me and why he's doing what he's doing. If I disagree with something he listens and we talk it out. I'm 72 and I've been in doctor's offices a majority of my life. I consider Dr ing one of the best doctors I've had for many reasons.

My entire experience was great. Everyone from the office staff, to the medical assistant, to Dr. Ing was very welcoming, helpful, supportive, and caring. I really enjoy my time there.

The male nurse was extremely outgoing and nice. Dr. Ing was beyond precessional and listened to all of my concerns and gave me his honest opinion. This was my first time seeing him for primary and I highly recommend him. Also the lady who did my bloodwork was amazing and left me no marks on my arm so it was painless!

First time seeing this Dr, he isn't my normal provider I only saw him because my Dr wasn't available but I am grateful that he was able to see me. I'll definitely see him again if my doctor isn't available.

Excellent experiece

It's was a pleasant appointment from beginning to end!!! I travelled over an hour to see my new Doctor and I'm coming back to that location for my next appointment because I was treated so well!

He was very easy to talk to and explain my symptoms to and really cared about my overall health. He made sure I understood what test he was going to have me do. To help diagnose my symptoms. This was my first time seeing another Dr other than my pcp because I have issues seeing other doctors because of trust issues but I would see this Dr again if my pcp isn't available.

The office has many people calling in, and it made the hold time when I schedule the appointment very lengthy. I understand that they can't control this, though. Dr. Ing is great. It was my first appointment with him, and I had already planned to start going to him for my primary care. I'm happy with that decision after having an appointment with him. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough.

I have always been treated as a valuable person and listened to. I am probably more familiar with the body than most because I was a masseuse and can speak with some knowledge about the body which is helpful.

This was my first visit onboarding into Providence. Clinic was clean and organized, the MA was great, and the Dr was very good.
