Annelise Haft, PAC

This was my first time meeting her, but I was impressed with her attention to detail and how personable she was.

Everything was pretty good for this visit. It was to establish a regular health care provider after my stay at St. Pete's hospital which I had to have a minor surgery.

This was my first time meeting my new Provider. I was very impressed with her thoroughness and follow-up to my concern about a medication that I was taking. I got the Impression that she 'really cared' about me personally and not just treating me like a stranger. I am looking forward to our future communications, and I feel very comfortable that she (Annelise) will have my best interest in mind as we move forward.

Annelise was very caring and empathetic, listened well to my concerns and made sure to give me all the information I needed to get the best possible care. I don't always feel listened to or heard by providers, but I did feel like she listened to me and took what I had to say about my medical needs and concerns into account when advising me on my care.

Annelise Haft is very professional, friendly, and a great listener. Those aspects make for a great visit.

This was my first PCP appointment as an adult and I had a great experience with Annelise. She thoroughly reviewed my medical history and listened and answered to all of my questions. She also responds fairly quickly on the MyChart messaging system, which I appreciate. I felt cared for and validated during my appointment and feel confident that I will continue to receive attentive medical care with Annelise.

Dr.Haft is replacing my previous Dr. So I was a little nervous but that was very short lived, she is wonderful she took the time to go over my whole history she's very understanding and non judgemental if you don't have quite the most perfect history. I felt like she really does care.

She was kind, clear, direct and gave me some good advice
