This was my initial appointment with Dr. Abey. I have not had a primary care physician in several months. I wanted a primary care physician In the Providence system. I chose Dr. Abey from a list of possible doctors. I had a long wait for the appointment. It was worth it. I believe I will like her very much!

This was my first visit with Dr. Heshani Abeysundara as my previous primary physician has retired. Dr Abeysundara did not have my medical records because I forgot to bring them to her office for this first visit. She prescribed the refills for my medications that I have been taking for quite some time.

Dr. Abeysundara is always prepared and informed about my health issues. She was able to address my concerns about a vaccination I felt I needed but not be able to get because of another health issue. She showed me that I had already received the vaccination 29 years ago and was covered.

She was not in a hurry, went over all of my medical concerns, very caring and I am glad she is my Dr.

I have always had very kind, patient and knowledgeable care with all the care providers at West Olympia Providence Clinic, from the front office to the care teams. I would like to see more time taken to understand my health history. I feel I have to give the care team a quick run down of my health history, when all of It should be In my chart. I know It takes time, yet the Important pertinent Info should be easily seen in my chart.

Good experience

I was needing a form signed for going to be asleep for dental implants. My regular Dr. Was not available at that time.I pleased that the Dr. Was going very thoughtful and did do some tests to make sure I was OK to have the implants done under anathesis.(Can't spell the word correctly)I thank her for being very helpful for doing a very good job with me.

Dr Abby provided outstanding care, she listened, better the any MD I have had before. She recommended medical options that no MD, has done. I am extremely happy with her as my doctor.

Love the facility and the self rooming. Love access to mychart. Love that labs are on site. The provider was probably one of the best I've seen. Took her time with me and listened carefully and explained everything to me. Felt heard and loved that she had my records even from past providers because I've have had issues with them leaving and needing to find new ones. Hope dr abbey stays. I did have to wait a long time for an available appointment since it had been a year since my last and I was considered a new patient. I did not like that. I tried another facility who could get me in sooner and did not like. Prefer Providence and how professional it feels.

Honestly I had no bad experiences with my provider or care team. I was sad to see that neurology is no longer offered.
