Very friendly and didn't rush!

The only disappointment was how far out my appointment was booked after my at-home sleep study. As we neared the appointment date, the staff was great at converting it to a video appointment when I didn't have the energy for another 2-hour round trip to Olympia.

Nothing at this time.

She was very understanding and took the extra steps needed to get the oxygen prescription changed and updated. So we could get the right machine.
