Wow, provider scheduled an appointment, that he will spend the time to go over 4 of the most important issues to address due to my complex care, I think this is the first time since I was getting my care at group health 10 years ago, that I have been able to do something like this. I really felt for the first time, kadlec allowing my Dr to spend the appropiate time with me to address instead of trying to hash it out with several appointments. Wonderful idea and I feel like it was the good ole days when I got my care on the western side of the state....

I have never had a bad experience with Dr. In fact I called regarding another provider that upset me terribly and gave me an incorrect diagnosis. Dr. Livingston was very concerned and put me at ease with a phone call and his knowledge and was very sympathetic. It was about a Dermatology appointment.

Dr. Livingstone, and his staff, are wonderful to deal with. His is very knowledgeable concerning the issues that my wife and I are dealing with. At 74, and 75, respectively, we present a number of issues to any healthcare provider. He has been up to the challenge.All of this is why we drive, about ninety minutes, to see this doctor. He was originally in Yakima, before changing location. Rather than try to find a different doctor, we decided that it was worth the time, and expense, to make that drive to Kennewick.

Dr. Livingstone is always attentive and well-versed to my history. I am 100% satisfied and confident in his care and opinions.

Dr. Livingston is a gem.He truly puts his keyboard and pen down and looks you in the eyes as he faces you in a chair. I admire how quickly he reassured me we would work out all my concerns. He made referrals and refills, labs ordered. And I will have my PTSD counseling. I am greatful we still have Drs like Dr.Livingston.

I had a crisis mentally, physically a few weeks before my appt. And Dr. Livingston contacted me as soon as he could a relieved the fears and questions I had about another providers questionable diagnosis. He totally eased my fears and explained things. In an accurate manner.

I have been searching for a primary care physician for quite some time. I've initiated care with a few different doctors, and then they leave. I have not had a primary care doctor longer than one year. I appreciate Dr. Livingston's attention to my health care needs.

He's an amazing doctor. I had a baby recently and have had many weird things happen. My tongue got swollen (very scary) I've been breaking out in hives and being very itchy. I was worried going in to see him and he ordered a bunch of tests to be done and I left with ease he explained we will figure out what's going on. When I walked in his office I was worried. When I left I felt like he genuinely was concerned and I felt alotttt better knowing I have a doctor that showed compassion for what I was going through. An amazing doctor for sure!
