Heather Potter is an excellent care provider. Didn't like the 45 minute wait in the waiting room however. :(

This was the first time I had seen Heather Potter and this appointment was to establish care. My previous provider scheduled the appointment so I did not have to go through the hassle of trying to get somebody in scheduling. Prior to this appointment I have spent numerous attempts trying to get through to somebody to get an appointment or to get lab work done and I expressed that to my previous provider and that is why she set this appointment up. I am curious to see if having the nurses do the scheduling makes it easier to get through when I need an appointment.

Dr. Potter provided an amazing experience for me and was very very helpful. She is amazing. I would highly recommend her.

Heather Potter was excellent. She obviously worked through my file based on the questions she and discussion of medications. That's greatly appreciated.

She seemed to have little or no interest in the rest of the appointment.

The provider seemed overwhelmed or overbooked and our appointment felt rushed while we spent almost 1.25 hours just waiting. It was a very stressful experience while I had two young children with me.
