This doctor is the best doctor I have ever had. He is knowledgeable, care, and patient whatever concerns I have, he always has answers and be able to help. Maybe he is too good, therefore too busy, it is hard to impossible to schedule a non-routine visit with him. Sometimes I can get appointments with someone else in the same clinic but a couple of times I could not even get an appointment within the clinic in two work days (2 years ago). Sometimes, I definitely will recommend my friends and family to this doctor and clinic. But I am not sure if they can get into the system.

I love our provider, my family and I have seen Dr Benedict for 10+ years. In the past year or so its been difficult to see him for anything other than prescheduled routine check-ups. We have struggled with the receptionists who have not been very friendly or provide much customer service. We honeslty go to the urgent care more often than not and recieve better service and care. Dr. Benedicts level of care and professionalism is the only reason we still go to this clinic.

On almost every issue that we discuss Dr Benedict will reference current research, findings, and medical practice/advice relating specifically to that issue. Often referencing a recent study that he had read. He seems to see the entire picture, not just isolated issues (i.e., he investigates by asking questions, looking at test result, examination, and telling you how it is all related). He is not one to just say take a pill for that.

Getting an appt is very difficult. A long time is needed in advance due to what seems to be an over abundance of patients (not enough good doctors in the area). Dr Benedict has been our primary care since moving here in 2009. It had gotten more difficult to get on his schedule over that time and most especially so since the COVID epidemic. Dr Benedict is well respected and trusted in my household, it seems like the support system surrounding him had been lacking. (This appt seemed like that improved)

I've been seeing Dr. Benedict for about 15 years. I've always appreciated his knowledge, experience, and tempered advice.
