Very happy with Dr. Sadakane he followed up with me even after hours

Dr & Asst to the Dr are great, makes you feel comfortable & at ease talking to them.Clerk & receptionist need to be more attentive, friendly & helpful, caring attitude! Greet with a smile is very welcoming!

I have seen several care providers at Kadlec over the past few years. Without exception, they have been friendly and professional.

I was treated well and received medical care that helped me.

It was good efficient visit, I had no difficulties with the provider.

Dr. Sedekane is an outstanding physician and the oversight provided by the attending physician makes the clinic a great success.

I had to wait a lot in this last visit. I would guess I spent about 50 minutes waiting and 5-10 minutes actually speaking with the provider. That said, I like Ryan! He did seem a little anxious in general which I could see putting some people off, but I noticed an improvement in this area between my first visit with him a month previously and the most recent one.

The provider and supervisor communicated the procedure well and constantly made sure I was comfortable. I was supposed to be given gauze and ointment to redress the wound each day but the assistant forgot to give it to me. As it was late on a Friday, I had to go to a pharmacist to verify what ointment to use. All in all, I am pleased with the results of my procedure.

Excellent care by nurse and the doctor. I had questions about a spot on my back, which he assessed and recommended removal. I consented and though it wasn't scheduled, he performed the procedure remove the spot and have it tested. Very well done, with care, and explained thoroughly.
