Dr. Phipps is amazing. She's extremely personable, has a great way about her, and explains everything in ways I can understand. She has helped me so many times and this was no different. I came down with a horrible virus in UTI and was feeling quite awful, and besides her care ring manner, the prescriptions she called in were right on point, and I already feel better. I will see her next year for my physical and would trust no one better than her.

My provider is amazing. She always has enough time for me, and listens attentively. She knows my history and always checks in previous concerns. I feel comfortable and confident with her.

I have been seeing this provider for two years. I have a some symptoms that affect my daily life that I am trying to find the cause so I can get proper treatment. This provider has ordered redo tests from years ago before she became my doctor as well as new tests and repeat bloodwork. All of which I appreciate. Thus far, she has not found the cause of my symptom. On this last visit she said she's ordering one more round of bloodwork but after that the provider said she can do nothing more for me. That was extremely disappointing to hear as a patient. I am officially being dismissed. my symptom is being dismissed. The provider could have said, "I have run out of ideas at this moment, but I am not giving up helping you. The medical field is advancing every day. In the meantime, let's discuss lifestyle changes that might help alleviate this symptom." At least that would have given me hope instead of leaving me feeling dismissed.

I truly trust Shannon Phipps. She's understanding, offers empathy and compassion.
