The X-ray technician was very professional, extremely pleasant, and helpful. Dr West was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. He delivered the information very quickly and was patient with my questions. The delivery of the shot for both knees was delivered with very little discomfort. I would highly recommend Dr West to anyone.

Dr. Did super job getting me going up the hill after years of inicreasing hip pain unfortunately the cortisone injection has not worked but was an excellent starting point. He suggests a three month trial and I an not sure I can fast that long!

I wasn't very confident about this appointment due to the previous provider. Dr West actually came into the room with confidence, great bedside manner and genuine concern for my pain and well being. He and his nurse made the appointment exceptionally easy and good. Will definitely be coming back to Dr West!

I rate the doctor as very good. The staff at his office was very courteous and helpful. I would rate them as excellent. However it is almost impossible to get into the Kadlec Health care system by phone. I was unable to contact them by phone so I had to go to the office in person to bring documents and schedule an appointments. If I had not gone in person I do not believe I would have had my health problem resolved.

I do not know whether doctor had medical history called up on the computer or not. The subject wasn't broached. Dr West was very thorough & knowledgeable.

I was very impressed with clerks who checked me on. They were friendly and efficient. X-ray technicians were cautious about my pain and asked how I was doing during the MRI. Dr. West was very professional and reviewed my health history. I also appreciated that Dr. West called me to discuss the MRI results and next steps. For a first time visit, I'm very pleased to continue my orthopedic care at NW Orthopedic

Dr. West gave me a steroid shot in my right knee. Unlike shots I've had in the past, it was nearly painless and I felt almost immediate relief. In fact, for the first time I can step on and off a curb with my right knee without pain.

I was there the day the computer system shut down which is why the answers to some of my questions arw answered the way they are. However Dr. West was amazing and kind and was able to get my procedure done after about 45 minutes of waiting for things to come back online.

Dr west was new to me. He had my X-rays and understood my condition. He corrected something that I had a wrong impression about. He completely and throughly manipulated my left knee and concluded that surgery was not required. He agreed with my PT recommendations. Fast, professional and a very nice man

I am so thankful dr found the reason for terrible pain in my left hip. He gave me a shot in January. I made it until now for second injection. This is a tendon problem. Will start physical therapy soon to hopefully end the pain.

He's friendly, concerned, remembers me, and knows my name. This office has easy access and is always clean. I struggle sometimes getting in and off chairs. They let me sit on the exam table and adjust it so I can get up with ease. The Dr usually offers to assist.
