About Calvin D. Clarke
Calvin Clarke received his Family Nurse Practioner degree from Washingon State University. He worked as a Medical Surgical Nurse before becoming a Family Nurse Practioner. Calvin worked in an Endocrinology clinic for three years gaining experience managing type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Calvin has a passion for treating diabetes and helping to improve the health of his patients. His experience includes working with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors to aid in diabetes management. After working in endocrinology Calvin transitioned to Family practice where he has enjoyed working with patients to maintain and improve their health. Calvin grew up in the Pacific North West and enjoys many of the summer and winter activities the northwest has to offer including hiking, running, kayaking and skiing.

When I call to get an appointment, if the office doesn't answer right away, the phone is forwarded to a central phone system. Sometimes I go directly to the office and sometimes, they don't have an opening. When that happens, they direct me to go to immediate care in Olympia. Calvin Clarke is just excellent and I am very very pleased he is my Doctor. Rochester Clinic is both friendly and professional and prompt in their communications. I really appreciate having the MyChart patient portal, use it often when I need to; it's an important communicaton tool and allows me to send reports to my provider from my Dexcom CGM.
