Susan Carlson and her assistants always give me what I consider the best care possible.

She was easy to talk to and advised me on how to Care for my foot and sent a referral for a foot/podiatrist.

She is very professional, kin and caring

I really like Susan, even tho she's not a doctor she has helped me in many ways. She was the first to address my back and foot problems. Scoming down hegot really excited about my glucose coming down.She didn't have a problem with me taking myself off of the high blood pressure meds because my high blood pressure had come down after I retired. She is really nice and friendly and I feel she cares about her patients which is a great thing.

Every time I need to get something checked up on, the team at Rochester Family clinic, and especially Dr Susan has been extremely caring, thoughtful, and thorough. I had an extremely troubling health crisis a few years ago where I had previously been healthy and had not been to the doctor in years, and I felt held and cared for by Dr. Susan- she stuck with me in seeking out further resources and care teams when I needed specialized help and even called me at home to check up on me. I feel extremely grateful to have her as my care provider in Rochester.

I was recently hospitalized at St.Peter's Hospital with a life threatening health condition. I learned that my PCP Susan Carlton viewed my progress everyday during my 2 week hospital stay. She is caring, compassionate, easy to talk to & intelligent.

This was my first time here. Everything went well. It's just a shame that it takes over 3 months to get a new patient appointment.
