About Devin Beecher
Devin Beecher, MD is a family medicine physician at Swedish Primary Care Magnolia, with a focus on caring for older adults. He grew up in Seattle, studied literature at Brown University and UCLA, and previously worked as a musician, a librarian, a biochemist, and an educator before attending medical school at Columbia University. In New York City, he volunteered at a student-run harm reduction clinic, and completed his core clinical training through the Columbia-Bassett Program, a rural health systems track based in Cooperstown, NY that emphasized quality improvement and continuity of care. He completed his family medicine residency at Keck School of Medicine of USC, where he served as co-chief resident, then moved back to Seattle for a geriatric medicine fellowship at Swedish Medical Center.

When not woring, Devin enjoys spending most of his time with his wife, their dog, and their two young kids. He also enjoys learning languages, playing music, and reading fiction. Devin grew up in Magnolia and is happy to be back in the neighborhood.
