Dr Thompson is phenomenal, as are her staff. I would have given her the highest rating on the medical info question, but it was not obvious in the record that they pulled polyps from my colon at the last colonoscopy. That has no bearing on *her* record keeping, but might be something to look at in terms of how information is transmitted. They told me three years ago that I should come back in three years, instead of the usual five, but I don't think that info was prominent when the early yest reuirement was transmitted in the post colonoscopy report. It might have been buried in the record, and her expectation would be to bring it up in another two years. So maybe there should be a way to have a prominent tickler flashing in future records. I am very happy with the care I've recieved from Providence over the years!
