Dr. DLG always has time to answer my questions. She has a sincere concern for my well-being and it's obvious. I use my chart to communicate with my Care Team. The system works very well and it's just a great way to communicate.

Dr was above and beyond as I would have hoped for. I only go in for an annual exam and have no urgent needs or complex health issues but she still made me feel important and cared for.

Doctor De La Garza is very knowledgeable and does a very thorough job.

I am very pleased with the care team at Providence North Pines. Georgina De La Garza, MD always takes time to answer all my concerns and questions. She truly cares. The lab technicians are very nice people and do their jobs well. I absolutely love MyChart. It is a fast and effective way to communicate all my Providence needs. Lab results are posted same day and that is amazing.

It was a good experience but I felt I had to wait longer than needed between calling and the actual date

Very attentive and addresses all issues and preventive care concerns appropriately. I am hard of hearing and my doctor wears a mask so sometimes I cannot hear her clearly. In anticipation of this, my wife has perfect hearing and joins me in the exam room during these visits to help (if needed) hear comments for me.

This clinic is fantastic at working me into the schedule when I need medical advice or care. Everyone is professional and very good at handling patient needs. Dr. De La Garza is perfect as my primary care physician.
