I looked at the clock wrong and got there an hour early. I thought I'd have to wait But they took me in and we got right through.

My care provider was proficient, friendly, and easy to talk to. The purpose of this appointment was to set up future care after my current provider's retirement. We discussed all aspects of my heath.

Kaelin always shows care and kindness and helps me to always get to feeling as best as possible. She's a great provider.

At first I didn't think Kaelin were going to mesh. I first started seeing her as COVID was starting and it was my anxiety of catching COVID that caused me to feel this way. Since then I have gotten over myself and am very pleased with the level of care she provides. She is very thorough when we discuss my health matters, past, present and future.If I need to contact her or my care team I normally send a message in My Chart. Normally my message is responded to same day.

I contacted my primary doctor. He couldn't see me but scheduled me the next day with another doctor. That was great for me. The doctor he scheduled me with was great.

I like that she is cheerful and positive. The lab people are gentle, don't leave bruises.
