Chelsey is an excellent provider I would trust her to care for any of my family or friends.

The visit felt very calculated. Whatever the computer says is what was said to me. There was no personal feel. I was in an MVA a few months prior and actually came to see this provider and wasn't even asked how I was doing. All of the messaging Is so Impersonal and robotic. It feels like the providers can't use their own brains it's all AI and statistics which honestly doesnt pertain to all patients and situations. Coming in and feeling like another dollar made and almost an inconvenience is exactly why people don't go to the doctor. If it wasn't for prescription medication needs I wouldn't come back.

I have severe anxiety, but when I come to Chelsey O'Neill's office, her assistant gets me as soon as she can and puts me in a room. They could leave me in the waiting room with a bunch of people but she doesn't. I never asked they just started doing it so I really appreciate it. I trust Chelsey she always is very compassionate and understanding. Great doctor so if anyone's looking for a doctor she is the one.
