The Doctor I saw was not familiar with my case and seem distracted. He had not looked at the labs that my heart specialist had put in my chart. When I told him he went back and looked at her notes.

Dr. Hammerstrom is one of the best providers I have ever seen. He is a very good listener, extremely thorough and I never feel rushed when in the office. I appreciate his insight and advice. My husband and I are relatively new to Spokane so we feel very grateful to be under Dr. Hammerstrom's care.

We continued to meet and discuss all issues in my medical health and combined the hospital care in the same time frame since last meeting. Dr. Had been informed by hospital after visit summeries by Providence members.

I originally scheduled my appoint 2 weeks out (the earliest available). Within a few days I received a call asking if I wanted a sooner appointment! Of course I said yes because how often does that happen?!The two women at reception were incredibly kind and had awesome personalities. The MA in the exam room was cool and personable. The doctor, who is not my primary, was professional yet easy-going, and I really felt he heard my concerns. I appreciate everyone there for making my visit seamless and memorable in all the good ways. I appreciate you all. And congrats on the new office.
