Julia was very helpful with information and compassion and empathy

I'm typically pretty level on survey responses, If I even respond to them. Very few 10s or extremely satisfied because there's always room for improvement. Not the case with Julia. I am so grateful to have a provider of her character, heart, caring, knowledge and advocacy at this stage in my life journey.

I am so impressed with the quickness of getting into a room and then was only there for less than 5 minutes before Julia came in. She was thorough and asked pertinent questions regarding my issue. The x-ray lab was very efficient too. The whole appointment was no longer than 30 minutes. Very nice.

Everything went great. It always does when I see Julia Doyle. She relates to me so well and doesn't treat me like I don't know my body. She really listens to all my concerns and makes sure I understand the answer.

I feel very confident in my provider's knowledge, willingness to think and act outside of the box, sincerely listen to my concerns while looking at me, making referrals to specialists when appropriate and follow up on the referrals. My provider puts me at ease as she enters the room! She has a smile on her face and has a positive countenance which is an important characteristic. Due to my health needs being quite complex she is willing to put the pieces together before giving me a diagnosis and treatment plan. I am very grateful she was recommended to me and know she will give me thoughtful, knowledgeable advice in a positive, pleasant manner.
