Justin was great! He was friendly and caring as well as very professional and knowledgeable. He figured out what my problem was and recommended certain exercises and a few life-style changes. They are working and I am feeling better. Thank you, Justin!

Provider was very thorough and spent more time than expected for follow up on ER visit.

Went in to my appointment to review recent labwork. I was immediately treated as a lesser human due to recent diagnosis. I felt dismissed and belittled by my questions. The provider did not educate or provide resources or information. I perceived the provider to not be sufficiently knowledgeable in planning and ordering follow-up labs or tests. My questions were not answered and it was clearly visible the provider was itching to leave- grabbing the door and trying to cut the visit short. While I was left with no resolution or say in my care. Have never felt that way in any of my healthcare encounters.

He was great and my problem was solved

The provider I saw was very disrespectful and wouldn't listen to what I had to say.

Very quick to give prudent advice needed

Justin Sasson is a very knowledgeable provider. During my appointment, I was a bit overwhelmed with the knowledge provided and felt rushed at first regarding my care. However, after I had left the appointment and was in the waiting room, Justin was willing to talk with me again about some concerns I had. During this follow up conversation I felt heard and understood. I appreciated this much and left my visit feeling more comfortable with my care plan moving forward.

I was really impressed with Justin W. S. He was on the ball and quick to think of what needed to happen. He was well dressed, looked nice, and the way he carried himself put me at ease right away! I have never seen him before, but I definitely will be happy to see him next time, if I need to. He spent a lot of time with me, making sure that I was comfortable with what needed to happen and that I was confident that I would and could continue with the treatment as I was doing previously.

So pleased with provider's knowledge and thoroughness. Far surpassed my expectations going to my pcp. I thought I was coming in for a referral but feel very confident with Justin's assessment and course of treatment.

My appointment went fine. Happy l got in to see a provider as quickly as l did.

He listened, but bedside manner wasn't the best. Seemed put off by a couple of questions and made a couple of remarks that were less than cordial, one rather sarcastic. He was very thorough,but not the most comfortable visit.

I really appreciated how clearly Justin explained things. He was also light hearted and put up with my questions. I'd happily see him more often for my care. I only wish he had the power to speed up the referral process. It's not in his power, but 4 weeks is an awfully long time.

This provider needs work on personal skills with patients. Justin comes across as someone who has a patronizing attitude. His body language sent somewhat disrespectful signals during the appointment. Justin did exhibit a strong understanding of the medical Issues at hand.

This was my PCP's PA. He seemed aloof and a bit arrogant. Although he did a good job examining me and telling me what the next steps were for my condition, he never really told me what I had. I do not want to disparage anyone, but his "bedside manner" could use some work.

The purpose of my appointment with Justin was to remove stitches. Justin was courteous and took time to explain why having a professional remove stitches instead of one thinking she/he could remove the stitches is important. He asked if I had any other concerns at this time and I did not. This was overall a positive experience.
