Great Dr she is.

Joy is always fantastic and caring about any concerns I would have.

Marcella is a amazing and listens well, however there were a few errors in my notes, things she noted that either were not accurate or misunderstood, but I appreciate the thorough notes

Dr. Staaben listens very carefully to me. She understands and supports my goals for maintaining my health, adjusts my medications after discussing pros and cons, and facilitates getting me into the appropriate specialist if we decide further follow-up is advisable.

Joy Staaben is one of the best out there. People don't listen but she did. After 3 1/2 months I decided to change insurance and provider. My wife goes to Joy and loves her! They got me in asap. She listened attentively, gave her frank opinion and order the x-ray and ultrasound that I would still be waiting for from my previous provider. Please keep her happy and content. She is a jewel.

Needed POLST completed for surgery the next day. Provider reviewed each question, and we discussed the pros and cons of each question. POLNeeded POLST signed for surgery next day. Provider explained each question and discussed pro and cons. Felt completely Informed when I signed the document.

I feel like she really listens to me and that we work together to benefit my health

Joy Staaben is attentive, thoughtful, considerate, and well qualified. I couldn't ask for a better PCP, and am sorry to see her move to another Providence facility. I will miss her greatly.

Dr. Staaben goes above and beyond in everything she does

I feel that Joy Staaben listens and is very proactive with my medical well being. I enjoy talking to her and I especially enjoy how laid back she is when talking to her. I have tried to refer her to my friends when they are not satisfied with their doctors but apparently she is not taking any new patients.

I was happy with provider's thoroughness in trying to understand my medical issue.

I love this office for our whole family care. We always feel welcomed and important. Joy has seen us through becoming new parents and the health issues our daughter had at the time. She has also been such a great support for my fiance and I in make sure we take care of ourself as well. She is the perfect family provider.
