About GiGi Manuel
GiGi Manuel is a certified advanced practice registered nurse. She earned her Associates degree in Applied Science at Lexington Community College in 2001, Bachelors degree at Indiana University, Southeast in 2004 and Master degree of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2010. GiGi has over 24 years of registered nursing experience in Oncology, ICU, Pre-op/Post-op and PACU. She obtained her Nurse Practitioner license in 2010. As a Nurse practitioner she has experience in oncology, family practice, internal medicine, mental health and is a retired US Army veteran where she also served as a RN and APRN. She conducts comprehensive examinations for annual wellness/ annual physicals, cancer screening, pre and post-surgical, and follow-up appointments. She also has experience with pre-employment, school and sports exams. She evaluates, diagnoses and provides treatment plans for a variety of acute and chronic health care issues and is dedicated to improving health by promoting lifestyle changes through exercise and healthy eating. She’s an advocate for holistic care that includes improving both physical and mental health and believes that the best care is achieved when the patient and provider work together as a team.

In her spare time, she loves the outdoors and traveling. She like to hike, walk and explore nature and kayak. She is an advocate for both physical and mental health. She exercises by lifting weights, cardio, yoga, Pilates for her physical health and likes to read and perform quiet meditation for her mental health.
