Erika Madrigal Hoyos, MD

Dr. Madrigal is a GI specialist not my primary car physician and she is better than I could have hoped for. She is paying careful attention and is very knowledgeable. I have never seen Dr. Madrigal outside of her office and it is obvious that she is a good person. You are lucky to have her. She can go anywhere she wants. Treat her properly. My broken digestive system and I, need her.

Dr. Madrigal was very compassionate and careful in the treatment. She recommended starting with an x-ray and a stool test. She considered my age of 89.

Dr. Madrigal is thoughtful, thorough, and knowledgeable.

Very nice meeting for the first time and able to ask and get answers from the Doctor.

I felt Dr Madrigal was rushed. She had good explanations to my questions but I wish she could've taken a little more time to listen to me.

Dr. Madrigal is a phenomenal doctor who genuinely cares for her patients. For me personally, she listened carefully and respectfully to what was going on with me. We then discussed the issues and she came up with an individualized plan for me, which included things that no other doctor had even thought to try. Thank you, Dr. Madrigal!

She did not demonstrate interest in my case.She wasn't prepared with my chart.I had to explain to her why I was there.She did not put any interest in my case even though I explained her why I was there. I came out the sane way I got in, with no solution to my case, just cuple of orders to cover her accion with me.Very poor professionalism from her.If I could, I will request a different Provider.

There was some confusion over the appointment being in the office or virtual. The matter was worked out, I saw the doctor and have requested phone consultations, not virtual visits, in the future. Liked the flexibility of the staff to adjust to unforeseen situations.

This was my first visit to Dr Madrigal. She was easy to talk to, very communicative, knowledgeable and caring. So glad I made the switch to her based on this initial meeting.
