This was my first visit with Dr Koo. He was very courteous and wasThorough with my case. I appreciated his attitude and interest.

He was so great and helped me so much.. I just need to learn to do virtual meetings on my computer or make in person appointmentsDr help with my problem on the phone so all is resolved.

He was a transfer of care and I like him so far.

I suffered a severe, severe pancreatitis attack in May 2023 that left my pancreas 80% necrotic. This visit was to get to know Dr. Koo and establish baseline health status. It went very well.

It's hard to make an appointment when you're sick. It is inconvenient to go to places such as dermatology and gastroenterology because they have made an appointment after time has passed. My stomach hurt a lot this time, but my doctor gave me a referral to the examination in a short time, which I was grateful to

He was very approachable, explained things in simple terms, listened to my questions and concerns patiently. It's hard to find a doctor who really cares these days.
