When I called Dr. Bedford's office on Thursday I was in pain and asked if he could squeeze me in. His assistant said that he was booked out several weeks, but she would see what she could do, and a few minutes later called me back and said that Dr. Bedford could see me the following day, Friday. When I saw him and expressed my gratitude, he told me that he wasn't normally seeing patients that day, but was able to squeeze me in between procedures. He spent a generous amount of time with me, explained the Issue and answered all my questions. Then he did some tests to send to the lab. Today, Monday, he called me to discuss the lab results, and to let me know about a new prescription he had already sent to my pharmacy. I've been blessed with good health care all my life, but this experience is superior to anything I can remember.
