I thought Dr Chu was very personable, friendly and I felt comfortable with him. He was understanding of my concerns with procedures & my family history. He offered alternatives and did not pressure me to do what he does, colonoscopies. I respect him a lot and and happy that I have found my new gastroenterologist. After what I went through with the previous doctor and the emergency room doctors at Mission Hospital it's been hard for me to trust physicians. I believe that I have found someone I can trust to put the CARE back in HealthCARE.

He did not listen to any of the symptoms I said I had. He just said I had things I don't have. He also did an endoscopy in a very rushed manner and again did not listen to my concerns. I felt like a number and not a patient!

Super friendly staff and Dr. Never waited more than 5 minutes. I'll recommend this office.

Visit was for stomach problems, yet the doctor never bothered to exam my stomach. Just ordered tests.

I just moved here from another state. Always had GI issue in the past. Glad to find a new GI for routine monitoring my health. Very efficient health care.

Dr. Chu was very caring and answered all my questions. He explained why he recommended a procedure based on my symptoms.

I did not feel that Dr. Chu listened to my concerns. He did both examine me, he did not review my CT results, he wrote down on a piece of paper towel, an over the counter medication not related to my issue I was being seen for. He wanted me to have an MRI. I didn't feel heard, I didn't feel I was a priority of his time, I felt the appointment was rushed. I feel this was a waste of my time and money especially now that I have to find a new gastroenterologist and pay another copay.
