Tien-Ching "Tammy" Hernandez is the kind of medical person you hope to have. So personable. Puts you right at ease. She actually listened. I brought a timeline of the last 3 years and she read it entirely, asking pertinent questions along the way. She recommended a procedure to hopefully nail down a Dx, and the wait time for said procedure is actually short! She also made sure I was provided with clear instructions on what to expect next, and clear info on what to try in the intervening timeframe before the procedure. From the ladies at check-in, during my visit with Tammy, to the woman behind the appt desk, I felt seen and wall taken care of.

I am delighted with how she explained what happened and how I can prevent it from occurring again and I feel confident that I will be better directly because of her explanation. I'd love to see her again.

I brought up that I lost [ID] lb since my first visit at the end of january. I have not tried to loose weight but my stomach pain and nausea is so severe I have trouble eating and am consuming mainly liquids. she said that she is not worried because I could still loose a few pounds.

Dr Hernandez was extremely helpful to me. In my many years of suffering from IBS and other bowel issues. I have never received so detailed reason and treatment to try to eliminate the problem. She was very patient and kind. Definitely one of Gods angles on this earth.
