Talking to Dr. Broussard was like talking to a robot. She seems to be very burned out. She did not smile. She did not express any signs of compassion.

As always excellent service when I go with any Dr. At this clinic. All clerks and representatives very professional and friendly.

Scheduling the first appointment was not the easiest because of availability of appointment, wait times, and trying to schedule as a new patient, but scheduling the follow-up for the colonoscopy and EGD were seamless. The entire in-person team (receptionists, nurses, doctors, anesthesiologists, scheduling guy) for the two procedures were truly exceptional. Everyone was super kind, professional, seemed like they enjoyed their jobs, and I hope they actually do enjoy their jobs because they're great at what they do.

Dr. Broussard is the best. She explains everything clearly, answers all questions, and puts you at ease about procedures. Dr. Broussard is also very thorough..she believes what the patient says and works on getting a diagnosis for your symptoms. I feel well cared for by Dr. Broussard and would recommend her without hesitation.

I felt seen and heard by Dr. Broussard. She took my concerns seriously even though I wasn't sure they were valid. And she was kind.Also, and this such a small thing (and probably reflects my age), but she took notes on paper while facing me instead of typing into a computer - it really helped me feel better.

This was my first interaction with this provider and I felt very comfortable speaking with her. She answered all of my questions in the teleconference

Her assistant was rude. Dr guessed at the cause of symptoms I was concerned about, and ordered no tests to confirm what she speculated was the cause of what had me concerned.

Dr Brussard sat in a chair opposite me and listened to my concern and gave me advice in how to handle my health issue. We reviewed my GI medications. As we finished up, she asked if I had any other questions or concerns. Then ahe told me the plan for my health issue.

I actually enjoyed the establish care office appt with Dr. Broussard before the colonoscopy. She didn't rush in and rush out or take refuge behind a doctor's persona. She educated me on the procedure itself and recommended dietary and exercise routines and the like for afterward; I found her to be wry, straightforward, and respectful.

My experience with my doctor went very well. I am very satisfied I was able to express my concerns and they can be taken care of.

Dr Broussard listens very well & gives really good advice for my Crohn's.

She was amazing and a great health partner

Dr. Broussard did not know the surgeon who saw me in Emergency and who recommended the procedure that my appointment with her was for. She had not received the contact information the surgeon told me he would send her. So there was a disconnect somewhere. She told me to contact USFHP to see if the surgeon was connected to Swedish and whether my surgery will be covered. I'm waiting for the colonoscopy's result before contacting USFHP.

This was my first visit with the care provider. I had been seeing another GI doctor at Polyclinic for many years but she left the practice. I wanted a female doctor and a doctor that was on the Seattle Met Top Doctors list. Dr. Broussard answered all my questions and validated everything my past GI doctor recommended. She alleviated many of my concerns about the medication I am taking and the digestive problems that I have. I feel that I am better equipped to manage my health.
