Norma was great!.. Informative..Professional .. Concerned about my past & current multiple Health challenges, not just my gastrointestinal diverticulitis, but the whole spectrum of health concerns.. Discussed medications and lifestyle health changes.. She eased my anxiety and concern over all that was going on at present. Giving me hope and a path to follow to wellness. So glad she is my gastroenterologist practitioner!!

I felt heard by my provider. I was prepared to go have another unproductive appt with no clear answers and was quite surprised at how proactive she was to figure out what is causing my symptoms.

Provider wasn't interested in listening to my concerns. She only appeared to want to lecture me. Frankly, I still don't know what I had done wrong to warrant a lecture. It was a very disappointing and unhelpful experience.

Norma Garcia is very knowledgably. She explained the reason for the CT scan and the lab tests she ordered. I was able to get an appointment for the results of the tests, to fit around my busy schedule. Norma is a good "fit" for my age (76 yo) and personality. Thank you.

Everyone was caring and professional

Dr Garcia was very knowledgeable about my medical condition with gastric bipass however was quick to explain that their department didn't handle gastro bipass medical issues and they could not fix my issue. Dr Garcia was quick and direct. She was surprised why I wasn't referred to a specialist in Spokane. I was stunned and dissapointed.

She is extremely competant, listens to me and explains eveything very well.

Provided a clear medical information/tests to determine what I need to do next healthwise.

Dr. GARCIA was wonderful. So pleased that she is my Provider. I could not have asked for more. G.

Norma is very helpful

I feel comfortable with her, and she is easy to talk with.

During this visit I waited 30 minutes for the provider in the exam room. She was very knowledgeable and highly efficient. I felt extremely rushed once the provider entered the room, and felt that she spoke at a very fast rate. I got the feeling that the practice was under-staffed.

This appointment was taken care for my questions and future appointment for this condition.

She made a good decision to send me to the ER
