Providence Patient
Provider minimized and interrogated me in ways that made me feel defensive about my pain and handicap levels. Basically a hard to take cold. Bedside manner. All that said, I feel that his spoken conclusions were accurate and professional. I believe he should have been more sensitive in his questioning.

Providence Patient
I saw Dr Primus a little over a year ago for the same condition, diverticulitis. So when I called again to make another appointment they required a referral from my primary care physician. My insurance does not require a referral to see a specialist. I was making an appointment for the same thing that I saw the Dr for about a year ago. This Is a waste of my time and yours. Not acceptable. However, Dr. Primus Is great, his scheduling staff, not so much. I'm finding this is typical for medical care in the valley here.

Dr. Primus, his nurses and office staff were kind, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They made a potentially scary experience very calming.

Extremely pleased with my doctor. He did not lie, told me this was going to hurt. I was impressed that he researched the last quack who operated on me.
