Dr. Howard is very personable and kind. I appreciated the phone call from her personally (not staff) when my surgery had to be rescheduled for reasons beyond her control. She displays a calm mannerism that helped me feel at ease, she listened to me, and she was helpful to answer all questions and concerns I had.
