I arrived early and I also had another appointment for the same week and they allowed me to be seen for both on the same day. This was very helpful and appreciated. Very friendly group of staff members.

This is the first time I went to Jennifer RN. I felt that she took the time and listened to my issues. Test in the office. I felt like she took the time I needed to express my concerns.

The visit I had with Jennifer Lee was a good experience. However, the person that gave me the appointment scheduled a same day appointment and told me to arrive at 1:05pm. When I got there they had me down for a different provider on a different day. But they did get me in right away so I did appreciate that, but I don't know where the mix up came from which kind of concerned me.

NP Jennifer Lee is amazing!

Jennifer Lee was amazing. She listen to all my concerns and gave me her feed back. I felt comfortable giving all my medical history and my medicine in take gaps. I didn't feel judge by her. I would definitely like to see Jennifer again when a medical occurrence happens or when it's my annual care visit.I know she is only there once a week, but I will make sure that my next appointment will be schedule when she is there at the office.Hopefully she can be there at this facility more than once a week in the near future.

I was confused and went to the wrong facility for my appointment. The front desk manager called me back in and was able to get me in at the facility in Hawthorne. The care and concern they had was overwhelming and she exceeded my expectations. This allowed me to not miss my extremely important appointment and I was able to be seen. The service was stellar and everyone was more than helpful and courteous.

Ms Lee is a very insightful nurse who intuitively and proactively scheduled me for an EKG which revealed a potential issue. She then immediately put in a referral to get me seen on the eighth of this month I appreciate her proactive approach with a potentially serious condition given my history

The response and care me and my husband received from this group is exceptional! If my regular Dr is not available at the time of emergency, I still receive excellent care! We are always treated with care and respect from the very front of the office to the back! Even when checking in the guys are always smiling at the front sliding door they are so kind! We are completely satisfied! Thank you so very much for making us feel at home!

I love the easy access, efficiency, quality and communication between providence and myself. I am heard everytime I have a question and or have a health problem. I love how I can access everything on MyChart and feel confident in my health. I have recommended providence ever since becoming part of it. 10/10 every time. I wouldn't want my care with anyone else.
