I have many providers due to my health issues. I just feel that everybody knows something but no one provider knows everything I have recurring brain issue but I do get respectful care.

My care is good with this team I just know they have a hard time because there are only so many hours in a day to take care of everyone !!! I try to be patient :) I do like to see my primary but I did enjoy Kaitlyn and my visit !

I wanted a referral to an ENT for recurring ear infections. I was told I needed an appointment first, which I made. I was not given an effective treatment for my developing ear infection and was given a steroid cream instead. I'm now on vacation with a painful ear infection, no prescription, and no referral to an ENT.However, this care provider listened to additional concerns and ordered my requested lab work without pushback, which I do appreciate.

Very professional, answered my questions and recommended an over the counter medication for my heartburn. I would like to see her again.
