I have had no bad experience with anyone at Providence, I left and went to a clinic setting for a few years & am so very happy to be back at Providence, each & every person no matter their role have been amazing. In the survey when I said no I wasn't seen within 15 min of my appointment time really means nothing to me, Molly was taking care of someone who needed her & I know she'd do the same for me, all of my care givers here give me the time & attention I need & I'm sure there have been times when someone else has had to wait because of me. The nurses & doctors are doing their job & they do it with empathy & compassion, I'm really hoping I never have to go anywhere else.

The nurse and the Dr are really sweet kind and they listen to us I like that
