Dr Chow keeps me healthy, no easy task since I am a cancer survivor with type 2 diabetes. Dr Chow is an amazing physcician and hiuman being. He has been my primary since moving here In 2016. His judgment and knowledge have kept me healthy and I always look forward to his input as well as his staff.

I had more questions. I was rushed off. Final questions were not answered satisfactorily.

The on-going continuity of care that has been established with Dr. Chow is a very important aspect of the doctor-patient relationship, having been a patient of his for quite some time now. Dr. Chow engages with you and keeps tabs on the significant goings-on in your day-to-day life to assess any impacts on your overall health status. He also listens closely to any concerns you may have about your current health and will readily assist you in addressing those concerns in whatever way he can.

Overall experience with the current PCP was excellent compared to the fair experience with prior PCPs. I expect this positive change to make a significant impact on my healthcare journey, as I feel more heard and valued. The current PCP takes the time to address my concerns and provide personalized care, which I believe will improve my overall well-being. I have been trying to return to see this doctor for a while now but could not before this year. Looking back, care received from other primary doctors and staff was not as good, so I'm very happy to be back with Dr. Ward Chow and would recommend him to others in a heartbeat. Competence in doctors and their staff is very important to me; however, as long as the doctor is respectful and knowledgeable (current) and allows me to participate in my care by not dismissing me, the occasional error by staff will be better tolerated.

It's interesting how a professional can ask a simple question that, if you're having difficulty answering the question for yourself, can suggest important changes! Like "Why do you do that?" or, "Are you getting enough benefit from acting that way?" No arguing or haranguing... Let the patient figure it out himself. Dr. Chow is very good at that. He's been my doctor for awhile, but I let 6 years go by between visits. I'm relative healthy and want to stay that way so I'll be seeing him annually from now on.
