I always have the answer to my question

Amanda is my go-to when my PCP is not available. She is patient and thorough. On this most recent visit, she ordered a CATscan that provided important new information to me. Then, when she messaged me in MyChart with information on the diagnosis, she proactively sent a referral to a specialist, and I appreciated her timely action. My only concern Is access--both to her and to my PCP at Panorama. They are both booked out a month. In addition, I don't always get same-day or next-day explanations of tests/imaging. This leads me to believe that the clinic Is understaffed, which is a problem I hope regional leaders will work to resolve SAP. This clinic is vital for seniors in Lacey and probably beyond.

She was very good with me and explained everything to me. She cares about my health.

I am so glad I was placed with this provider. Everything I needed was taken care of. I haven't had a provider in decades, as I have been in pretty good health. But incidental findings during some spinal imaging has showed areas of concern that needed PCP referral. This provider also found another concern needing further imaging and I received a call from imaging within minutes of leaving her office. She made me feel very comfortable, she listened and she acted.

Amanda was great. She answered all our questions and was up to date on all my medications.

Amanda was kind, professional, and competent. She reviewed my medical history and treated me for coughing and wheezing, ordered an X-ray, and prescribed an Inhaler to treat wheezing. The following day after I had the x-ray she followed up with emailing me the results, which I greatly appreciated. I will be scheduling all of my healthcare visits with her in the future.
