Professional, explained options, personable .

This was a follow up to my surgery (2 weeks) and Dr havin sat and answered all my questions and made sure I didn't have any other questions. I did not feel rushed at all and he wanted to make sure I was doing well. He showed me the before and after photos too, which was very helpful. He was very thorough

Dr. Havin has helped me consider different treatment options to address my medical problems/concerns, taking them seriously. He has guided me to make the best medical decisions for my health/concerns, but also asks questions to get my input and to make sure I'm comfortable with his recommendations.

This was a referral appointment. I felt like Dr. Havin was familiar with my case and able to talk to my specific needs. Also, he seen the very experience the knowledgeable with my situation. I appreciated how he used some pictures and diagrams as he explained things. His explanation was specific enough with accurate vocabulary without being so technical that I couldn't follow along.

I only had this one appointment with this provider. I will not really have an opinion until the service is provided. I am happy with the plans for the upcoming procedure.

They got me in quickly and provided more answers and understanding than I'd received from other providers since January. I am very confident in Dr. Havin.

All good so far. My appointment was a surgery consult. He came off confident, put me at ease. We'll see how the surgery goes- that's what matters most to me. Bed side manner only goes so far.
