I like that Dr. Kay really listens, really HEARS me. Other doctors in your clinic, and P/A's do not always do that, and I had to change doctors twice, and 1 P/A. Life is SHORT. Doctors sometimes need to meet people where they are at, and without sarcasm. Dr. Kay is good at listening and understanding where I am at.
