About Zachari O'Neill
Zachari’s decision to become a medical provider was shaped by a combination of personal experiences, endless curiosity, and a deep desire to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. His path to medicine was non-traditional. He initially intended to become a physical therapist but later returned to school to earn a second degree in Echocardiography. Zachari worked as a licensed cardiac sonographer for nearly five years before being accepted into Physician Assistant school. His passion has always centered on cardiology. Zachari believes the most important role he has as a provider is ensuring that patients feel heard and cared for. He strives to empower patients to take an active role in their health and well-being. He grew up in Southern Oregon and enjoys hiking and reading in his free time. Zachari also finds fulfillment in volunteering at local food banks and shelters, as well as teaching and mentoring individuals interested in the medical field.

Physician Assistant O'Neill mastered the art of medicine and direct patient care above my expectations.
Providence Patient
I really appreciate the nurse that does the check in, medical review before seeing the physician.

Receptionists were very friendly and courteous, to the point she understood my mobility issues and when I asked where a water fountain was she insisted I have a bottle of water for free instead of traveling the hundreds of feet to the fountain, very thoughtful and helpful. The nurse who lead me to the Dr.s office was friendly and patient, and Doctor O'Neil was informative and made sure I understood my health situation, the medications I'm taking and their possible side effects, and why I'm taking them.
Providence Patient
He was very thorough at explaining things answering, questions, a very pleasant visit
