No comments on this visit. Provider did a good job and was empathetic. However was not my normal provider.

Alexis is one of the kindest people of I been in contact with at Kadlec. She responds to questions and concerns in a language I easily understand. She makes my questions seem like they are important and while I sometimes feel they might be worded incorrectly she responds like they are the most important work she is doing today. I know she is busy and has other clients to see, yet I do not feel rushed. She is good people.

Undergoing treatment for a cancer. Appointments & DR visists are monthly & scheduled well in advance, Only issue require removal of shoes for check in weight. Neuropathy pain in feet ankles. May or may not remove shoes, depending on amount of pain present. We are very satisfied with treatment at both doctors side & Infusion side in clinic.

Alexis is a wonderful provider, listened to and addressed all my concerns, did not make me feel like I am wasting her time or that my concerns were bothersome to her in any way. She appears to look at the whole person vs only a diagnosis. I hope to be able to see her in the future.

Alexis Is warm, thoughtful, smart, and wonderful. She spent time to even talk to my daughter who wanted to explain/ask questions about my medical concerns on the phone. Alexis listens well, and always explains everything clearly and thoroughly, and she called us after the lab results. Her responses to the messages are prompt as well. Really appreciate her.

Staff and provider have always treated me well and have responded to all my medical needs and concerns. They've always been cheerful, friendly and professional during each appointment I've had.

I have been coming to this office for over 3 years now and have received nothing but the best of care. Everyone is very courteous and helpful.

This was a new doctor for me, the previous one retired. I only see her every 6 months so not often. I was pleased with her & everyone in the office I came in concat with.

Alexis always takes the time to listen to and address my concerns.

There was a mixup on the blood work being ordered due to the lab provider. The front office and the Dr worked through the issue at the time to allow me to get the blood work taken prior to my appointment so the Dr had results when needed to ensure things were good with me.

She was very good to me.

Nothing to say, but GOOD.

For me one of the most important items in a visit is that I feel not rushed and not to be treated like what I had to say/ask didn't matter. Alexis should be given high marks for fulfilling both of these items. I am very happy to have my next appointment scheduled with her.

This is a great place to see your doctor. Every one is very helpful and kind.

Alexis was a happy, sweet, kind person. She was positive and encouraging. I have already recommended her to 2 people. There is nothing about her that I would change. She is the real deal and you are lucky to have her as a provider in your system.
