Dr. Konde's incredible "bedside manner" (excellent communication, kind, respectful, did not make me feel rushed, attentive) made the other negatives (wait time for appt., lack of receptionist acknowledging me, and wait time before appt.) disappear. His Assistant was also great!

Dr. Konde always takes the time to discuss my current condition and answer all of my questions. He is supportive, kind, never condescending. He reminded me that he is always available for everyone at every stage of their healthcare journey. I appreciate that and I am grateful to be under Dr. Konde's care.

Dr Konde, nurses, , lab people, everyone, are the best I've ever had in my 79 years. Everyone is helpful, exceedingly friendly, and I feel heard and cared for.

It would be super helpful if Dr. Konde wasn't so rushed. When you are giving news to a patient about cancer, empathy and compassion are very important. Instead of rushing through the appointment, remembering we are dealing with some big news and need a doctor who understands that is imperative.

Dr. Konde is a top notch doctor. From entering building to exit, every single person I had contact with was expertly competent, efficient, thorough. I have been to this office twice, I knew my lab results before seeing the doctor. Wait time is minimal, no forgotten patients, no rushing around. Reception, lab techs, nurses, assistants, schedulers, everyone under Dr. Konde made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. I wish he could be my PCP. Someone with cancer care needs would be well taken care of here. Being under the umbrella of Swedish also provides peace of mind in quality care. Over the age of 60, I have never encountered such a pleasant medical facility. People should feel confident in their medical team, Dr. Konde knocks it out of the park for me.

The overall team efforts for excellent service do what they can to accomplish what needs to be accomplished. This clinic look to have short staffing all around and needs to improve in getting their patients seen. The clinic have good staffing and services.

My appointment was to confirm a diagnosis (after tests), and Dr. Konde patiently explained the implications of my diagnosis, answering all of my questions about managing it now as well as how it might change in the future.
