It is so wonderful to talk to a provider that knows what they are talking about! She is warm and caring. Knowledgeable also. Makes you feel a little more comfortable when you are not doing well even.

The provider was excellent. She was prepared, familiar with my file, a good listener, and able to explain my condition clearly to someone who never studied biology after the first year of college. She had a plan, explained my options, and offered to coordinate with my gastroenterologist. I feel very secure in her care.

Leah was absolutely one of the best medical personnel I've had the privilege of meeting. It was obvious that she had read my records. She didn't make me feel silly asking questions.

MY experience with Leah was more than I expected. I was Impressed that she knew my medical history. She explained my reason of being there and exactly how things worked with the Liver and she made it easy to comprehend. Every step of the way she was engaging and answered all my questions. You could tell she cares about my health. I left there very happy and looking forward for her to continue helping and guiding me through whatever process I need to follow or go through.

Which absolutely surprises me.. I like the way she works with a team of doctors,,,, And they all had input!! She's competent... Friendly...
