Sydney is terrific!

Sydney DeCastillhos N.P. Was such a breath of fresh air. I had not been feeling well and was feeling lost or fallen through the cracks with my care after Dr. Catherine Davis, MD and Dr. DeCastro Left the practice. I was not feeling confident in my care, but Sydney DeCastillhos completely reassured me about her care and attentiveness to my care. I have so many conflicting health issues and needed that kind of care she gave at this appointment. Thank you all so very much!

Sydney was wonderful. She took the time to listen to my concerns, never made me feel rushed, and met me where I am in my health journey. I truly felt heard and supported, and she helped me feel encouraged rather than judged. She answered my questions thoughtfully and made the visit a very positive experience.I was so impressed with my experience that I would love for Sydney to be my provider going forward whenever possible. She also helped me develop a plan for ongoing follow-up and scheduled my next visit for March, which made me feel supported and confident that we'll continue building on the progress I've made.My only concern is the length of time it took to get an appointment. I called in May and wasn't able to be seen until July. That delay wasn't a reflection of Sydney or the care I received during my visit-it appears to be an access issue. Once I was finally seen, the experience exceeded my expectations. I hope the clinic can find ways to improve appointment availability because providers like Sydney deserve for patients to be able to access them sooner.

Ciprofloxacine prescribed for dog bite. Concerned about Cipro induced tendinitis. Sydney diagnosed as not Cipro induced tendinitis, just coincidence of tennis elbow. Sydney listened, and then asked the right questions. So far, looks as if she was correct.

The nurse practicingner was very professional

This was my first appt with Sydney. I had to last minute On a Friday for a Monday appt) cancel with my PCP due to a medical issue with my husband. Her office scheduled me with Sydney the afternoon of my original appt. I totally appreciated this. Sydney was great. Her level of knowledge was really impressive. Her ease of dialogue made the time valuable with several suggestions from her to address some issues and concerns. She scheduled some testing that I requested, and then suggested additional tests that could be helpful. If my PCP is not available, I will not hesitate to see Sydney again - and in fact I will be.
