Rachel and her staff are very attentive, knowledgeable, understanding and thorough. Rachel is kind, caring, listens to you, gives you her full attention, and so much more. I'm truly blessed to have from leading my health care team. I cannot say enough good things about her and her staff.

Rachel is the BEST primary provider a patient could have.

I saw Rachel on a somewhat emergency basis. I very much liked her. My regular provider could not see me for another 10 days. I had previously been told my regular provider was out until January. I'm not absolutely thrilled with this provider. I know other people who see her and are quite pleased. I'm sure it is probably me - I can be difficult when more and more tests are ordered. Thank you

I think Rachel Hatchimonji is the best medical provider I've ever had. I completely trust her and I comprehend and appreciate that she would like me to slow down so that my fall risk can be reduced. That is a reasonable judgment. I know that I move quickly. I always have. That is part of me. Giving it up would cost me self-respect and undermine my sense of purpose and accomplishments. I want there to be a public record that she has informed me of the risks. However, I choose life In the fast lane over a slow and lingering death. Rachel is a blessing to everyone; I wish to remain one too. I've seen what happens when you live too long.

I needed to know what other tests, x-rays, medicine I could look into except for a colonoscopy. She did not talk about any of those - I know there more out there. I really do not want to have a colonoscopy because of my age and do not want to be put under.

I really appreciated her and she has ordered the proper tests and made a referral as well.

As I have stated in numerous previous surveys, my wife and I think Rachel is the best "doctor" we have ever had. She knows our history, has read the test results, is always up to date on recent research, and makes us feel good with every visit. However, the "new", "improved" phone system has made our communication with Rachel's office much less efficient. I wish your surveys offered more questions about the experiences with St Joe's as a system. Rachel's office is superb, but other facilities are less so.

Rachel Hatchimonji is a very good provider. She does an excellent job.

Better than I could ever have imagined: professional yet caring and personal; listens with her ears and her heart; truthful and precise. My grandson is an MD. I was afraid of this being such a small town that the care would be less than I was used to so I checked with him frequently until I realized that he concurred with her. I have not consulted with him for years about what she advises. I trust her totally.
