Tammy Lo is an amazing provider. She is kind and extremely smart. She answers all of my questions and is very respectful. She will see my husband and I together. We feel very confident in her care. She is in communication via message when our test results come back. She goes above and beyond to provide us both with excellent care. We love Tammy. We are so lucky to have her in our lives.

I needed a pre-op visit foe an upcoming surgery and Johnny Wu was booked, so I was given an appt with Tammy Lo. I was very pleased and she listened to some physical concerns I had and ordered an x-ray and a couple additional blood tests.

I always have a very good experience when I visit my provider. Very happy !!

My answers are relative to the fact that I was unavoidably late to this appointment. I left where I was staying with a 30 minute buffer! And encountered a friend along the way that needed a ride to a bus stop which was on my way. However, when we got to the stop, she was missing her phone. We had to retrace our steps to find it on the ground where she had gotten in the car. My 30 minute buffer was gone. With all that, I was only "technically" 5 minutes late...but check-in and updating my insurance took quite a bit of time. Everyone at St Jude was gracious about my tardiness. I am so grateful they were willing to see me even though I was late! And the receptionist was very patient with me as we researched my insurance, which did not show up in her system. I had to make a call to the company who explained that as an international plan, it wouldn't show up, however submitted claims would be process and paid. I live in The Philippines, working as a [ID] nurse to [ID] women. I am only here for a very brief time. It was such a relief that everyone was patient and flexible. Thank you!

I came in from being in the hospital for 3 days with pneumonia as I was pretty exhausted so being on time for 8:15am appointment for me was pretty good. Tammy Lo was explaining that having pneumonia at age 65 could be very serious and she realized that I was 80. I felt her sincere caring and I appreciated that.
