Dr. Wang is thorough, detail-oriented and compassionate. Very efficient and prompt in her responses either in-person, on the phone, or in the app.

This appointment was for suture removal in urgent care as I was not able to obtain an appointment for my father with his pcp. Dr. Wang was very attentive and showed genuine concern for my father. I am extremely thankful for Dr. Karoline Wang. That day of the appointment my father was not just a "room number" for Dr. Wang and the staff unlike many other appointments especially St Joseph's ER!

Dr. Wang provided very detailed explanation and communicated them effectively. She listened attentively to my concerns and provided solutions on how they can be addressed. What was most Impressive about Dr Wang was when she had contacted me directly about an additional treatment option. This happened on the same day of my visit. This is reflective of how she truly cares about her patients. Dr. Wang has been the best practitioner I've met with thus far.

A delightful visit overall with everyone in the office

Dr. Wang has been an excellent doctor. She really took a lot of time for me, explained everything, and reviewed all my medications to see what I was using. She was attentive to everything I needed and answered all my questions. I'm really happy that she's my family doctor. Even the staff were very kind and patient, answering all my questions and helping me. I'm really glad that Dr. Wang is my doctor because she was so attentive to my needs.

Transitioning to a new doc after Dr. Madrid retired. Dr. Wang seems to be a good doctor and knowledgeable and detail oriented.

Doctor seemed like inattentive to what I was trying to get through to her. She ultimately just prescribed that I sleep better and eat more fruits and veggies. I feel like this appointment was a complete waste of my time. I could have gotten more insight from google or a youtube video.
