Specialist doctors waiting time for appointment way too long

I only have good things to say about Dr. Afshar! Great guy and answered any questions I had.

Dr. Afshar is an excellent doctor and very knowledgeable. He always listens to my concerns and explains the reason and remedy in detail. I would highly recommend him to others.

Never some things the doctor asked me that were not on point that he should not have asked me at all because they were not relevant to healthcare and he asked me anyway knowing he should have never asked the question in the first place

This was my first time meeting Dr. Afshar. He Has great energy and very patient. I felt comfortable talking to him and he listened to what I was explaining to him.

Dr. Afshar was booked the day I needed to see him. He fit me in, and saw me right away once in the exam room. I appreciated this as it was a follow-up after a visit to the ER.

I've never known what the designation DO meant. It was not a factor in selecting Dr. Afshar as my PCP. But I'm glad I did and I think he embodies the notion of holistic whole-person care.

I absolutely would recommend Dr. Yama Afshar. He took the time to read my chart and know what was going on and suggest changes and actually invest in my healing journey. Really appreciated him. He referred me to my orthopedic surgeon, who ordered an MRI for my broken foot over a week ago. And we are STILL waiting on you to approve that so I can finally get the surgery that we need. But that's not Dr. Afshar's fault. That's an Mission Herrtage Medical Group problem
