This is the first time I have seen her. She seemed interested in my health and ordered lab work for me to complete before my next visit.

It was actually my first visit to Dr Shahim and staff, as my SCAN insurance began August [Date] They spent MORE THAN USUAL time with me as I brought my medical background with me, (bloodwork, autoimmune bloodwork, MRIs on CD w Radiology reports, CT Scans, medication list, and alot of questions and requests. Im so impressed with entire Team. Ive got a good start to proceed with my medical care such as specialists referrals approved, prescriptions refilled. And next appt already scheduled for GYN EXAM.IM VERY PLEASED

Dr. Shahim was very thorough and professional, and she has a sense of humor,which I appreciate in a doctor.

She was friendly but didn't seem to know enough about my healthcare needs. She didn't seem knowledgeable. I was also very under impressed with the office staff. They were nice but spoke loudly to each other with slang that sounded like kids from uneducated backgrounds.

The provider was rushed, I waited 25 minutes in the patient room before the provider arrived and she was rushed. I had a list of things to talk about and wasn't able to thoroughly discuss each issue, however, we did get through each issue.
