Charys M. Hayden-Town, NPC

I do not normally see this care provider. My appointment was to follow up on the emergency room visit that I had earlier in the week. One of the first question out of the providers mouth was, "What are you doing about weight loss?" I was stunned. Not only was I not there for anything regarding weight loss, I am not interested in loosing weight at this time. My life is incredibly stressful at the moment as a single mom of two who works full time. I am happy with my weight for the moment and it is not effecting me negatively at this time. For this nurse to suggest that my weight Is something that needs to be treated without having any understanding of my situation or medical history Is a gross practice. Fortunately for her, my young daughter was in the room and I decided against making a scene. I hope this Is a learning lesson for her. Absolutely unacceptable.

Did not get info about my fall & trip to ER. She went over my records with me & ordered an X-ray. Lump on forehead is there. X-ray is for groin. Going back to another Dr for black & blue bump

This was a new-patient visit, and Charys listened to my current health issues as well as any history. She was able to get referrals and/or prescriptios for ongoing issues, and a blood test was requested for checking thyroid.

This was my first appointment with Charys and I found that she was respectful of my concerns, nonjudgmental, and efficient.

This was our first time meeting Charys and we were very pleased with her thoroughness and willingness to listen. We did not feel rushed. She seems like a very kind and caring person.

Chart Hayden nurse practitioner was very professional and easy to understand. Chart answered all my questions. She also filled out the paperwork I needed for my surgery. On my way out I received a copy of my paperwork to take to my surgeon. I would highly recommend her.

The provider listened to me about a trip to the emergency room and my involved history.

I originally had an appt scheduled with my PCP, but the PCP had to call out, so I got rescheduled with this provider, who did her best to address my concerns and review my history. She seemed very attentive, concerned, and knowledgeable. I wish it was easier to get appointments with my PCP so I didn't have to re-explain everything each time, and also so the new providers don't have to spend time reviewing my chart. That makes their jobs harder and continuity would be best. Thank you.

Medical provider Charys Hayden-Town is my new primary medical provider and she treated me amazingly well and professional. I feel fortunate that she is my new medical care provider. Thank you for being a great doctor!
